Botanical Exploration 4
This time am sharing another love, done in acrylics and it's one of my favorite one's poppies, airy , light, carefree. They are like the messengers carrying pollens from one area to another to initiate growth and start new beginnings, funny we involve flowers into all occasions of our life. The signify regeneration- beginning-end and all in between.

Botanical Explorations 2
I have always loved flowers not only they are beautiful but it's just the way they make you feel, instantaneously happy and calm. There is a little exercise that I had been doing for a few days, painting flowers sometimes in watercolor other times in mixed media. As a subject I find it to be very very forgiving and diverse. As I had mentioned before I like organic shapes and flowers fall into that same pattern. I don't know to be a kid I always thought that botanical are really hard to paint but later on in college when I had Botany( the study of plant life) as a minor I had to draw diverse type of flowers and leaves and anything and everything in-between as a part of my credits and only then I found them to be magical and very satisfying.

Coming Back
I would start by saying a big sorry to all the people who follow this blog, you see as an artist its more like scientific research - you read stuff like art history, try to think what can you include in your own work and simultaneously work on your self-made modus operandi.
Also as like most artists if you are not Damien Hirst or Andy Warhol it's always better to stick to a day job and that's what I do.I am a web and application developer. Don't get me wrong I take my journey as an artist very seriously but if you don't have anything to eat the next morning you can't make art, anyone who had been a struggling artist knows this very well.
I think the last post that I wrote was a year back in June 2015 and that is very shameful for a blogger to his/her reader to ask for such patience, but you know what I am lucky in that sense I still have people visiting in my blog - I can't be thankful enough for that.I won't promise much but I can promise at least one post per week from now.
Moving to what am working on lately are this line artworks with color pencil and occasionally I experiment with watercolor as well.

I really like organic patterns it has been a great part of my work because it comes very naturally to me so, in a way they are naive and soulful, I think you get what am trying to describe here, I won't acknowledge them as doodling which is a very generalized term - because although the shapes are spontaneous they do have long hours of reading and experimentation behind them .
